15th annual Million Marihuana March in Prague, the biggest demonstration and happening for the legalization of cannabis, takes place on Saturday, May 5May 5. Start at 13:00, Charles Square.
The demonstration for legalization of cannabis starts with a protest march from the meeting point of Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí) on the first Saturday of May at 13:00. We'll march through the downtown and up to the park of Parukářka in Prague 3, accompanied by several vehicles, which will do their best to cheer up the atmosphere. This will include a live band performance on one of the trucks. At the final destination a cultural and educational happening will be held, with 2 music stages, chillout, speakers, discussions, and of course a lot of refreshments of all kinds, especially hemp-made. The aim of the demonstration is to call for legalization and rehabilitation of the cannabis plant, for medical as well as recreational use of adult people. Come to join us!
